New Terms of Service

Our API Terms of Service gives developers the maximum freedom to play around with our API and make incredible applications that they can sell to users.

Our terms are designed to give you the ability to use our API in new, interesting ways. Currently, use of our data is free, and we will keep it that way for a long time. We want you to use FlightCaster data in useful ways, making money for yourself. In the future, we will ask to participate in your successes with a reasonable revenue share model, but we'll give you plenty of time to operate for free when starting out, as well as plenty of time to respond when we do implement a revenue share model.

FlightCaster predictive data works great with the FlightStats API. Most developers use FlightStats for basic real-time airline data and use FlightCaster for predictive delay data.
